Shipment:

Graceful Earth Inc. delivers products by USPS mail and UPS. This is a 3- 4 day service to your destination from Hawaii.

Returns:

Return Policy - items that have listed prices on our web pages will be accepted for return within 30 days of receiving your order.
The products must be brand new (never used) and in perfect condition with all manufacturer's packaging.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise and for shipping new products.
Refund credit does not include shipping charges.

We do not accept returns for used or assembled products.
We do not sell used products and you will not receive any used or refurbished merchandise from us.

If you need to return any merchandise to Graceful Earth Inc., please enclose a copy of your shipping slip sent with your order along with the original packaging and product and send it to:

Hair Analysis returns- After a hair analysis kit has been sent any cancellations thereafter can be refunded with the return of the kit to Graceful Earth Inc. and will be subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee.

Non Returnable Items:

Items that are not brand new and/or missing any of the manufacturer's packaging cannot be returned.
Items that are "special ordered or quoted" cannot be returned.

Refunds and credits:

We will issue a credit or refund within 5 business days from receipt of your returned merchandise. If payment for the returned products were made by credit card, then the credit will be applied back to the same credit card. If the product was purchased with a check or money order, a refund check will be issued to you.
